Registration Fees Per Day Options:
Day 1: Sunday 11/10/24 Metabolic, Imaging, and Lipid Summit: $400
Day 2: Monday 11/11/24 Interventional & Structural Summit: $400
Day 3: Tuesday 11/12/24 Electrophysiology Summit: $400
Day 4: Wednesday 11/13/24 Heart Failure (In-Person or Virtual): Free / Registration required
Tuesday Night Luau (Additional Tickets):
Adult Guests: $225 per person
Children (10-17): $100 per person
Children 9 and under: Free
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation less than thirty (30) days prior to the Symposium results in a full refund less a $100 administrative fee
